Free Replacement Parts (Within 3 Months)
Receive free replacement parts within 3 months from the date of purchase with proof of receipt and pictures of the damaged, defective, or missing part(s). We replace parts that wear out quickly, are damaged, or have exposed threads from scratching posts.
Exclusions apply. Cosmetic & natural wear and tear are not covered.
Send us an email with the following:

1. A picture of your receipt/proof of purchase.
2. The product name/SKU number (or a picture if unknown).
3. Pictures of the damaged part(s).
4. Your shipping address for the replacement part(s).
5. (Optional) The PO Number can be found on your cat tree's box. Providing it helps us improve our service and exceed your expectations!

Discounted Replacement Parts(3 to 6 Months)
If it has been more than 3 months but less than 6 months since your purchase, you may qualify for discounted replacement parts with proof of receipt and pictures of the damaged part(s).

- The product name/SKU number (or a picture if unknown).
- Pictures of the damaged part(s).
